Crownlands Discovery Assistant Terms

By using the Crownlands Discovery Assistant, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

The Discovery Assistant is an experimental AI tool for exploring Crownlands materials, public information, scientific and business information, and related data sources. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time.

You are responsible for anything you submit. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, including confidential, sensitive, regulated, or patient-identifiable information, unless Crownlands has agreed in writing to receive it.

Crownlands may collect, store, review, use, disclose, transfer, and otherwise process chats, logs, metadata, and related information to operate, improve, and develop Crownlands products and resources and our partners' services.

The Discovery Assistant may use third-party providers, including AI model, hosting, analytics, security, and data providers, which may process information submitted to or generated by the Discovery Assistant. Crownlands is not responsible for third-party services, models, data sources, outputs, acts, omissions, or processing, and no third-party provider makes any warranty on behalf of Crownlands.

Crownlands owns the Discovery Assistant, including its software, systems, interfaces, prompts, workflows, data sources, documentation, Crownlands materials, trademarks, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, attack, overload, bypass controls for, or interfere with the Discovery Assistant.

The Discovery Assistant and its outputs are for informational and exploratory use only. They are not medical, clinical, legal, financial, regulatory, investment, safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

The Discovery Assistant, outputs, data sources, and related services are experimental and provided "as is" and "as available." Crownlands and its third-party providers make no warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crownlands and its third-party providers will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from or related to the Discovery Assistant, its outputs, third-party services, connected data sources, or your use of or reliance on any of them.

Crownlands may suspend access or update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
